The Gautrain Management Agency (GMA), believes that people are a very important asset and it will to continue to recruit, develop and retain the best caliber employees in the industry. To do so and in line with the National Development Plan, the GMA has developed a Learning and Development Strategy focused on the development and implementation of the Graduate Development Programme to enhance its capacity and talent pool.
Principles of the GMA’s Graduate Programme are:
· create a pool of skilled talent with formal tertiary qualifications and · create a leadership pipeline to futureproof the GMA;
· accelerate workplace readiness for the graduates within each of the organisation’s Business Units;
· provide suitable graduates with 24 months' work experience and skills to enhance their employability
